The AMT HR-2 Harmonica Microphone System is a clip-on hand held microphone for harmonica. The system is low in profile, which allows it to be used with a standard neck harness. The microphone comes with clips to attach to the harmonica. The AMT HR2 is the only microphone on the market that can be used in combination with a harmonica neck brace.

The AMT HR2 comes complete with an AMT Beltpack preamp and can also connect directly to Sennheiser Wireless beltpack system. For more wireless options please see the adjustable AMT HR3 Harmonica System.

To achieve the distorted "Chicago Blues" sound, one can overdrive the stage amplifier or use and overdrive processor rather than distorting the microphone.
