The HR-1 is a condenser microphone designed for the ease of use for the player.  The harmonica can be held conventionally. Its compact cylindrical design makes it easy to hold in the same hand with the instrument.

Its rugged construction of anodized aviation aluminum allows it to withstand high impact, while being lightweight and non-corrosive.  The HR series can reproduce delicate and soft passages with superior quality, yet can handle sound pressure levels well above 141dB.

To achieve the distorted "Chicago Blues" sound, one can overdrive the stage amplifier or use and overdrive processor rather than distorting the microphone.

The AMT HR1 can be used with most major brand wireless belt pack transmitters and recievers. With the AMT Interface, the microphone can plug directly into the interface which then plugs directly into most major brand wireless units.   When ordering the AMT Interface, be sure to know your wireless make, model, and pin out configuration. Interfaces are made to order.
